Terms and Conditions

Goods will be delivered to the address provided by you, typically within 14-21 days depending on availability at the time of receiving your order. This may be longer if more time is needed to make prints.
Should you decide that you wish to change your mind, you must notify Artscope of your intent within 7 days of receiving your order .

All artwork  sent in the U.K. is  in secure cardboard tubes, by first class post & recorded delivery which requires a signature on arrival.  If there is an unduly long delay in you receiving your goods after ordering please notify Artscope and if they have been dispatched and not delivered it is possible to track them.
Every effort is made to ensure goods are in perfect condition on dispatch. When you receive your goods, please check them immediately. Any damage must be notified to Artscope within 3 days of receipt of your order and returned in exchange for a replacement or refund if required. On receipt of the damaged goods Artscope will dispatch a replacement.
If on receipt of your goods you are not happy with them please return them to Artscope  within 7days of receipt by a secure means and on receipt of the goods, undamaged, Artscope will issue a refund.  This will be for the cost of goods only and  will not include postage unless the goods were faulty.


All prices are quoted in £UK (pounds sterling)  on enquiry prices will be given for delivery outside the U.K.
